So I just got a new dell windows 10 pc and tried to use it. It worked fine for the first 4 mins, but then the blue screen of death poped up. I tried to reset windows using the windows rest function under recovery, but I said that reset failed and then I pressed restart. However, as I restarted my computer, it would load the dell bar, but then shut down and turn on itself. It would then repeat this process until I force shutdown.
I tried doing some home troubleshooting like switching and putting back the RAM sticks, but that didn’t fix the problem. I then tried the dell diagnostic, but it told me all tests worked and to proceeded to reboot. However, the dell load would complete, computer would shut down and repeat again. Do you guys have any suggestions or know what’s going on?'

Please help.
