So i ordered my pc pre-built (a sin i know) but i chose all the parts, i asked my friend who knows about computers ( i don't by the way) what the problem was and he said it was the driver's on my processor but i came here because he isn't sure. All of the parts in the pc are as
500 watt atx12v psu cybertron pri power supply
Windows 10 home 32/64 bit coa.
I don't know what the problem is,, but whenever i try to start up the pc it will get me to the customization screen for windows 10, then it will say wait a moment and put me back at the beginning

I didn't find the right solution from the Internet.
